The Dementia Law Network is the focus of a new feature article in the Law Society Journal Online. It highlights a range of legal issues that may arise for people living with dementia. The need for appropriate legal support is key.
In conversation with journalist Cat Woods, Professor Nola Ries explained that the Network seeks "to have a practical impact on everything from the way that an individual lawyer works with their client, through to practices within court systems or legal institutions, and all the way to .... opportunities to look at reforms to laws and policies.”
Legal practitioners interested in learning more about the Dementia Law Network are encouraged to get in touch.
