Workshop report released

In June 2023, the Dementia Law Network convened a stakeholder workshop at the University of Technology Sydney to address how we might we better recognise and respond to criminal risk issues for people with dementia in community settings. The workshop discussion centred on the need for non-criminalising responses to behaviours in the context of dementia. Access the workshop report here.
